摘要
农民工进入城市后面临着各种挑战,他们大多从事高危行业,因而他们更需要社会保障。当前农民工社会保障的不足加剧了劳资冲突,同时也对社会造成了不良影响。应重视农民工社会保障问题,特别是医疗保障和工伤保险。政府应该采取措施妥善管理农民工社会保障,农民工自身应该通过工会来保护自己的合法权益,企业也要公平对待农民工。
Migrant workers after moving into the city are encountered with many challenges, most of them engaged in high-risk industries, and therefore they are badly in need of social security. But nowadays the deficiency of the social security of migrant workers by labor aggravates the conflict, but also has an negative influence. This article should attach importance to the social security of migrant workers, especially medical insurance and industrial injury insurance. The government should take measures to properly manage the social security of migrant workers, migrant workers themselves should also protect their legitimate rights through the trade union and interests, the enterprises should also treat migrant workers fairly.
