蛋白质组技术及其在胰腺疾病研究中的应用

摘要 蛋白质组技术由于具有大通量研究蛋白质组成和蛋白质差异的作用,已有研究将其应用于胰腺疾病的相关研究中,并为胰腺癌、急慢性胰腺炎、胰腺纤维瘤等研究提供了新的思路.介绍了蛋白质组样品提取技术、蛋白质组分离技术、蛋白质组分析技术、生物信息学及其在胰腺疾病的差异表达蛋白、诊断标记物、相关疾病鉴别标记物、发病机制、治疗敏感性研究中的应用. With the characteristics of high quantity and quality of protein analysis, proteomics has been used to research the disease of pancreas and supplies new methods for the study of pancreatic cancer, acute pancreatitis (AP), chronic pancreatitis, fibrocystic disease of the pancreas. It is reviewed that the techniques of the proteome extraction, separation and analysis and the bioinformatics, but mainly introduces the application of proteomics technique in the pancreas disease of the differential expression protein; biomarkers related with the disease for diagnosis; pathogenesis and evaluation responses of different therapies.
