摘要
文章以柯布—道格拉斯生产函数为基础,通过对新疆过去十年经济发展的数据分析,建立人才需求预测模型,以预测未来十年新疆经济发展需要的人才总量。
Through analyzing economy development data in Xinjiang during the last decade based on Cobb-Duglass productive Function,the thesis builds the demand for person with ability forecast model,and forecasts the demand for person with ability in the coming ten years in Xinjiang for economy development.
