摘要
本文通过介绍一种ATE(Automatic Test Equipment)测控平台,剖析了ATE的平台框架、系统结构与测控原理。并在此基础上,结合项目开发经验,针对具体案例,阐述了平台的应用技巧与测控局限。实际应用表明,方法独特,效果良好。
In this paper, a kind of Measurement ＆ Control platform in ATE is introduced. The platform frame of ATE ,system architecture and Measuring ＆ Control theory are given. Base on it ,according to the working experiences in ATE, we analyze the APP technique and limitation in ATE. The application demonstrates that the technique and effect is very well.
