摘要
阐述了专家系统在拉深工艺设计中的应用，建立了轴对称件拉深工艺设计专家系统，论述了建立拉深工艺设计专家系统的关键技术，如工艺知识的表示方法、工艺设计规则库的设计、ＤＴＲ控制策略以及推理机的选择等。根据轴对称拉深件的几何特点，为使造型快速、方便以及为工艺设计提供更多有用信息，轴对称拉深件被描述为四种基本单元的集合。
This paper deals with the application of the expert system for the process design of deep drawing. An expert system for the process planning of axisymmetrical deep drawing is created. The key techniques in the expert system for deep drawing process design, such as the describing method of knowledge for the process design, the design of the rule base, the control strategy of DTR and the choice of inference engine are described. In order to achieve quick modelling and obtain more useful message for process planning, the axisymmetrical deep drawing part is represented by combining four basic elements according to the geometry feature.
