摘要
论述公共图书馆在政府信息公开中要充当信息公开的主体、信息公开的承担者、信息的再加工者、政府信息素质的养成者4种角色。公共图书馆在政府信息公开中的角色,是由其本身公共性、社会职能和法定义务、业务性质决定的。指出公共图书馆首先应该明确在政府信息公开中角色定位,才能确定自己正确的职能方向,才能真正的实行自己的权利和义务。
Public library serves in the disclosure of the government information as the following four roles： the main body and the undertaker of the disclosure of the information, the reprocessor of the information, and the fosterer of the government information literacy. The role that the public library serves as in the disclosure of the government information is determined by its own publicity, social functions, statutory obligations, and the kind of business. First and foremost, public library should be aware of its role location in the disclosure of government affairs, thus can determine the right function direction and established its rights and duty authentically.
