摘要
应用分子动力学的基本理论和已有的实验数据对薄膜情况下的流体流动进行了分析。通过对简单的压力流和剪切流较精确的模拟,得出了流体在不同膜厚下的流动特性。由此可以看出,在分子级膜厚条件下壁面对流体的作用十分显著。通过以微观场的运动分析揭示宏观流动,为薄膜甚至边界润滑轴承性能分析提供依据。同时,可得出对壁面边界条件的解释。
Basic theory of molecular dynamics and test data done are applied for analyzing flowing of fluid at the condition of thin film lubrication. The flowing characteristics at different film thickness are gained by accurately simulating Poiseulle flow and Couette flow. As stated above, the effect of wall for lubricants is clearly under the condition of molecular scale film thickness. The bases are provided for the characteristics analysis of bearings under thin film or boundary lubrication through the motion analysis of micro field to explain macro flow. Therefore the explaination for wall′s boundary conditions can be obtained.
