摘要
利用实际案例对《起重机设计规范》中忽视的几个问题作了详细叙述，证明了这些问题的重要性，供修改《起重机设计规范》时参考。
Using some practical cases,this paper describes some problems which are ignored in present Design Rules For Cranes and proves their importance,providing a refernce for amendment of Design Rules For Cranes.
