摘要
介绍了一种新型的SPF复合自润滑材料。试验结果表明,该材料具有优良的摩擦磨损性能和高的承载能力,某些性能优于DU材料.尤其在高温条件下,仍能保持较好的耐磨性和校长的使用寿命。对其减摩机理也作了探讨。
This paper is to introduce a new type of SPF self-lubricating composite, which is a multilaver structure. It was made of three lavers, a metallic matrix layer. a porous alloy layer and a self lubricating layer. The experimental results showed that the SPF composite had good properties of frictionand wear and high load capacity. Some properties were superior to the DU composites. Particularly athigh temperature, it still maintained better wear resistance and longer service life. The mechanism ofanti-friction and wear resistance has been discussed in this paper
