摘要
空客A320系列飞机中国总装线为空中客车公司在中国的第一条生产线,工程项目坐落于天津滨海新区,大部分土层属于淤泥或淤泥质土,基坑开挖困难。由于飞机生产工艺的要求,施工质量和施工精度要求高。在具体施工过程中,重点解决了天津滨海地区海相淤泥质软土基坑开挖、坑底加固技术,清水混凝土结构施工技术,大跨度特殊节点异形钢屋架制作安装等关键技术,获得了成功。
The final assembly line producing aircraft from Airbus A320 family is the first produce line in China for Mrbus company. It is located in Tianjin Binhai new developed area, in which more soil stratum is silt or silt soil. It is difficult for deep foundation excavation. Because of high requirement of aircraft produce process, the requirements on construction quality and precision are also high. During construction of this project, some key technologies are developed including foundation excavation and strengthening technology of marine silt soil in Tianjin Binhai new developed area, construction technology of fair-faced concrete and prefabrication and installation technologies of large-span special joints steel roof etc.
