摘要
软X射线监测系统的建立,结构特点和性能,有效地解决了气体的吸收和窗膜的透过率等因素的影响。申请获得了美国布鲁克海文国家实验室(BNL)的用光时间,对监测系统的性能进行研究,并给出了该系统的精度及与国际标准的比对结果。
e have made a ionization chamber by ourself, it work out questions about gases absord is not 100%. We have obtained using light time of National Synchrotron light source (NSLS) at BNL, During experiment, we have studied the ionization chamber′s sperportise, and have obtained working type of the ionization chamber. We have Set up our soft X-ray absolute intersity measurement system, it′s acrrect is 10.5%, our experimental result in accordance with International Standard over 20% rangement.
