摘要
结合房地产行业的特点构建品牌实力评估指标体系,体系内各指标均可量化。引入标杆企业的概念。在此基础上形成适合我国房地产业的品牌价值灰色评估模型。
Structure brand strength appraising index system combining with real estate industry characteristic, within this system, every index can by quantization. The concept of benchmarking enterprise is put forward, and on the basis of this building suitable for China's brand value assessment of the grey assessment model .
