摘要
针对我国制蜡加工生产控制技术较低的实际情况,提出了将profibus总线应用到制蜡生产线控制系统中的方案。详细介绍了该控制系统硬件和软件设计以及组态王和PLC通讯的实现过程。此方案实现了在控制室监控整个生产现场的运行效果,提高了制蜡生产线自动化控制水平。
Aiming at the lower control technology for Producing Candle processing, profibus-dp fieldbus is applied in the Producing Candle product-line control system, which communicates between monitor computer in control room and PLC by and improves the Kingview and PLC software. This solution accomplishes monitor the entire process in control room automation level of Producing Candle product-line.
