摘要
绿色壁垒作为一种非关税贸易壁垒在当前国际经济一体化进程中越来越普遍。对于中国这样的发展中国家来说,只有充分利用绿色壁垒的特点,完善现行法律法规,才能最大限度的保护我国企业的公平贸易和权利,并且推动环境保护的发展。
Green trade barrier is a kind of non-tariff trade measure aiming at environmental protection. It becomes more and more popular in the globalization of economy and free trade formally.As a developing country,China must perfect laws and regulations to protect the fair deal of ours business, moreover can promote the environmental protection.
