摘要
对高碳钢脱磷工艺进行了分析,实际操作中对过程炉渣、过程温度与倒渣时机等工艺参数的有效控制,可以在吹炼终点熔池C达到0.3%-0.8%时,使熔池P控制在0.015%以内,从而达到降低生产成本的目的。
The dephosphorization process of high -carbon steel is analyzed. With effective control in practice to process slag, process temperature and slag down - off time, at blowing end the bath P can be controlled within 0. 015 percent when bath C reached 0.3 - 0.8 percent, and so the cost reduced.
