摘要
在计算陕西农村剩余劳动力比例的基础上,利用统计数据估计了陕西农村剩余劳动力流动规模,分析了陕西未来农村劳动力流动趋势,构建出陕西未来农村劳动力流动模式。
Based on the ratio of rural surplus labor force in Shaanxi was calculated, the scale of rural surplus labor force movement of Shaanxi was estimated on the basis of statistics, the movement trend of rural labor force in the future in Shaanxi was analyzed, and a model of the flow of rural labor in the future in Shaanxi was constructed.
