摘要 [目的]优化黄棕壤重金属植物可利用性的表征方法。[方法]选取15种化学提取剂,结合水稻籽粒中重金属含量,探索其对黄棕壤中铜、铅、镉的植物可利用性的表征方式。综合分析提取剂对重金属提取能力的影响,利用SPSS11.5统计软件分析水稻籽粒中重金属含量与化学提取剂提取的重金属含量、土壤pH值和土壤有机质的相关关系。[结果]在所用的15种提取剂中,硝酸钠、醋酸铵-EDTA、氯化钙、草酸等提取出的化学有效态含量不能有效地反应土壤中重金属铜的植物可利用性,而0.10 mol/L柠檬酸、0.05mol/LEDTA、0.05 mol/LHC l和5%HOAc提取的重金属含量均能较好地反应黄棕壤中重金属植物可利用态含量。[结论]该研究为科学利用和管理重金属污染土壤,保障污染土壤上作物生产的安全性提供了依据。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to optimize eharaeterization method of heavy metal plant availability in yellow brown soil. [ Method] Combined with the heavy metal content in rice seeds, 15 ehemical extractants were selected to explore the characterization way of plant availability for Cu, Pb and Cd in yellow brown soil, the effect of extractant on extraction ability of heavy metals was analyzed comprehensively. The correlations of the heavy metal content in rice seeds to the heavy metal content extracted by chemical extraetants, soil pH and soil organic matter were analyzed by using SPSS11.5 statistie software. [ Result] Among 15 tested chemical extractants, the chemical available content extracted from sodium nitrate, ammonium acetate - EDTA, calcium chloride and oxalic acid etc. could not reflect effectively the plant availability of heavy metal Cu in soil, but the heavy metal content extracted with 0.10 mol/L citric acid, 0.05 mol/L EDTA, 0.05mol/L HCl and 5% Hoac could all reflect the plant availability content of heavy metal in yellow brown soil well. [ Conclusion] The study provided the basis for scientific utilization and management of heavy metal soil contamination, and ensuring the safety of crop production on polluted soil.
