摘要
感知维度下质量评价模型的建立有助于从微观角度把握网络课程质量改进的关键要素。在仔细梳理顾客感知服务质量评价模型的发展历程及其在教育领域应用情况的基础上,运用焦点小组调查和AHP层次分析法构建网络课程感知质量评价模型(OCPQEM),并通过对模型指标权重的计算和分析,提出提高网络课程感知质量的资源策略、过程策略以及人员策略。
The establishment of Quality Evaluation Model under perception dimension is good for mastering key factors of online course quality improvement. This paper sorts out the literature on the development process and educational application of Customer Perceived Service Quality Evaluation Model. Focus groups investigation and AHP have been used on the construction of Online Course Perceived Quality Evaluation Model (OCPQEM). Through the calculation and analysis of the index system, the thesis puts forward the "Resource Strategies", "Process Strategies" and "Staff Strategies" for improving online course perceived service quality.
