摘要
以四氢罂粟碱外消旋体为原料,N-乙酰-L-亮氨酸、D-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)丙酸、N-乙酰-D-苯丙氨酸,N-乙酰-D-亮氨酸为拆分剂,通过结晶方法,拆分制备R-四氢罂粟碱,R型含量大于98%。通过比较,确定最优的拆分剂为N-乙酰-L-亮氨酸。
Using tetrahydropapaverine as raw material, N - acetyl - L - leucine, D - 2 - (2,4 - dichlorophe- noxy) propionie acid, N- acetyl- D- phenylalanine, N- acetyl- D- leucine as resolution agent, and high optical purity ( 〉98% ) R- tetrahydropapaverine was obtained by Crystallization. By comparison, the optimal resolution agent was N - acetyl - L - leucine.
