摘要
目的研究CCL28 mRNA和蛋白质在人唇腺中的表达及分布,探讨CCL28在口腔免疫保护中的作用。方法应用寡核苷酸探针原位杂交(SABC法免疫组化染色)和免疫组化SP法分别检测13例唇腺标本中CCL28 mRNA和蛋白质的表达。结果在原位杂交中,所有唇腺标本均呈CCL28 mRNA阳性染色。在免疫组化中,所有唇腺标本也均可见阳性染色。染色部位为唇腺腺泡上皮细胞、腺管上皮细胞和腺泡内黏液,但染色深度不同。结论唇腺组织中确实表达CCL28,且该CCL28可以随唾液进入口腔中。
Objective To investigate the expression of CCL28 mRNA and protein in human labial glands to elucidate the roles it play in oral immunity. Methods CCL28 mRNA and protein expressions in 13 human labial gland samples were examined using ISH of oligonucleotide probe (SABC) and IHC (SP), respectively. Results In ISH, CCL28 mRNA was positive in all samples. And in IHC, CCL28 protein was found in all samples, too. The positive staining was identified in serous epithelial cells, duct epithelial cells and mucus, but the degree of staining varies among different cell types and regions. Conclusion CCL28 secretion by labial glands can not only stay in local tissues, but also flow into oral cavity.
