摘要
作者以北京第二外国语学院住宅平改坡工程为研究对象,运用Ecotect软件,分析了住宅顶层的室内环境,模拟了具体改造措施的节能效果,使改造设计更直观真实,期望相关结论和方法对北京地区平改坡的应用具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the project of changing fiat roofs to slope roofs in residential buildings in Beijing International Studies University as the study object, the author uses Ecotect to analyze indoor environment in the top floor, and stimulate the energy-saving effects of practical rebuilding measures, which makes the design more direct and actual, hoping that the conclusion and method could be helpful to the practice in Beijing.
