摘要
该文结合对陕北靖边县示范村新建别墅式农宅的实地调查,包括实地测绘,对其环境温度、湿度、照度的纪录,以及对居民的问卷调查,对该地区新建农村住宅中存在的节能问题进行了初步的分析和探讨。结合对当地气候、地域特征、房屋结构、形式、材料、保温构造等方面的综合分析,指出了当地新建农村住宅在室内热环境以及建筑能耗方面存在的问题,对在严寒及寒冷地区农村推广和建造高大空间独立式住宅的必要性和可行性提出了质疑。最后,对靖边地区农宅的节能设计提出了改进措施和建议。
Through Field Survey on the new villa farmhouse in the model village in Jingbian County, including mapping on the spot, recording the temperature, humidity and luminance there, and taking face-to-face questioner survey, this article primarily analyzes and discusses the energy-saving problems existing in new houses there. Compared with comprehensive analysis on such aspects as climate, regional feature, building structure, form, material, heat preservation tectonic, etc, it paints out the problems of indoor thermal environment and architectural energy consumption there, and brings forward questions about the necessarily and feasibility of building and extending detached house with large space in countryside, and finally, proposes improving measures and suggestions on the energy-saving design of the farmhouse in Jingbian County.
