摘要
传统的异型丝收线机使用ABB550变频器的恒转矩方式,在空轮、满轮时收线张力相差很大,易造成排线不均,时常压线。对该机的机械部分进行改进,增加张力机构,给出张力机构图,并简述张力臂的控制过程,收线机电气控制采用ABB550变频器的PID功能进行控制,运行速度为张力的PID计算量和轧制主速度的叠加,给出变频器接线图及参数设置。改进后收线张力稳定、可调,且易于操作,产品质量也有较大提高。
Conventional take-up of shaped wire adopted constant torque mode of using ABB550 transducer. The difference of take-up tension was big while the spool was empty or full. It caused wire arranging unevenly, wire pressing frequently. By improving the mechanical part of the take-up, tension mechanism was added. The tension mechanism diagram was given, and the control process of tensile arm was expanded. Take-up electric control adopted PID function of ABB550 transducer. The running speed was sum of tensional PID calculation and rolling main speed. The transducer connecting diagram and parameters setting were given. After improvement, take-up tension is stable, adjustable and easy to operate, production quality is improved.
