平板式横向磁场永磁电动机三维有限元分析

摘要 平板式结构是横向磁场永磁电动机中较为简单的一种结构,文中对平板式结构的定位力特性和“力-位移”特性进行了理论研究。应用Ansoft有限元分析软件对平板式的几种典型结构进行三维建模,并求得了几种结构在一定电枢电流下电磁力随电角度变化的关系曲线。通过比较有限元计算与理论分析的结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。然后对不同结构的出力特性进行了分析比较,提出一种较优的平板式结构,为平板武横向磁场永磁电机的优化设计抛砖引玉。 The flat-type structure is a relatively simple structure of TFPM. This paper studied theoretically the electromagnetic force characteristic of flat-type TFPM. Several typical 3D structure models of fiat-type TFPM were built by using Amspft. The relationship between electromagnetic force and electric angle of each model with certain armature current is calculated, and corresponding curves are also drawn. The calculated result was in accord with the theoretical result, which confirmed the validity of theoretical analysis. A better structure model of fiat-type TFPM was proposed by comparing the force characteristic of different structure, and it had laid a good foundation for the design optimization of flattype TFPM.
