摘要
主要研究了添加Sc对2618合金挤压前后及挤压加淬火时效后组织与性能的影响,同时也考察了Cu含量的影响。结果表明,添加Sc进行合金化可以改善2618合金的显微组织,提高组织稳定性,有利于获得亚结构,实现预形变热处理;可以明显提高合金最终强度、塑性以及热稳定性。分析认为这主要归功于Al3Sc的沉淀硬化、S相的细化以及强烈的挤压效应。
Effect of scadium on microstructure of 2618 aluminium alloy before and after extrusion was investigated and effect of copper element was also studied. The results show that the addition of scandium will obviously ameliorate microstructure of 2618, improve microstructure stability and be beneficial to obtaining substructure and realizing predeformation heattreatment. Therefore, it will obviously improve the final strength and plasticity and thermal stability of 2618, which is mainly due to precipitation of Al_3Sc, Sphase fining and strong extrusion effect.
