摘要 为矿山关键设备安全运行和科学管理提供技术保障,研制一种集多路信号采集、分析、监控于一体的矿井关键设备运行状态信号采集分析与远程监控系统,主要采用信号调理、DSP信号分析处理与CDMA1X无线远程监控等技术,系统由用于信号采集与分析处理的下位机和用于中央控制室远程监控的上位机以及配套信号分析处理软件3部分组成。系统硬件结构紧凑、布局合理,具有信号采集精度高、处理速度快、实时监控性强等优点;配套软件采用模块化设计、信号分析处理功能强大。实践表明,该系统运行效率高,对于保障当前矿山井下作业关键设备的安全正常运行有积极作用。 In order to provide technical support for the safe running and scientific management of the key mining equipment, this paper suggests a remote monitoring and control system for key equipment in coal-mine based on signal acquisition and data analysis, which mainly employs DSP, signal conditioning and CDMA1 X wireless remote monitoring and control technologies. The system is composed of slave microcomputer used for signal acquisition and data analysis, host computer for centralized monitoring and control, and related communications software for signal processing. With a compact structure and reasonable layout, the hardware of the system has the advantages of precise signal acquisition, quick signal processing, and good real-time monitoring and control performance; with a module design, its software has a powerful signal processing capacity. Practice proves that the system is dramatically effective in guaranteeing the safe operation of key equipment in coal-mine.
