摘要
滤池工艺在自来水厂常规水处理中的作用非常重要,是水厂工艺流程的核心环节,其工艺参数(包括滤速、冲洗强度、滤料的含泥率、膨胀率和滤料级配等)的变化将直接影响到滤出水的水质。同时随着滤池使用时间的增加,其内部工况与原设计参数也发生了相应的变化(包括砂质等)。鉴于上述原因,根据CJ24*1—88和仇代化水厂创建评分标准》的相关要求,对投入运行已有一年的宏畔水厂V型滤池的相关技术参数进行了系统地测定分析,掌握滤池运行特性,进行科学管理提供可靠的依据。
Filter technology plays a very important role in the general water treatment, and it also is the most complex in the waterworks'process flows. The change of paramenters, including filtering speed, wash intensity, the rate of mud in filter material, the rate of expender, filter material gradation and so on, will affect the filterout water directly. With the use time of the filter increasing, it's inside condition also start to change. So, according to the request of THE CJ24*1--88 and 《Fhe Grading Standard Of Modernization Waterworks》,we measure the V model filter's parameters in HONGPAN waterworks which has run for one year to hold the filter speciality and scientific management.
