摘要
本文介绍了某核电站在换料大修期间进行的马氏体不锈钢上充泵去污工作。针对马氏体不锈钢在常规去污过程中出现的沉积现象,分析探讨了马氏体不锈钢的化学特性,通过改进去污工艺,调整去污工艺的pH值,缩短反应时间,以及降低反应温度,防止了马氏体不锈钢的沉积现象,同时又保证了工艺的整体氧化还原能力。本文总结了此次上充泵去污工作的经验,希望对未来马氏体不锈钢的去污工作提供借鉴。
This paper reports that process of Martensite Stainless-Steel of charging pump decontamination, during the refuel outage of nuclear power station ( NPS ). Phenomena and result of this radioactivity decontamination were discussed. By sured that ox-re function of the cycle regulating pH of reduced technology, the improved technology enprocess. Experience of decontamination was summarized, and some suggestions for future work were proposed as well.
