摘要
针对绿激光治疗前列腺增生(PVP)手术过程中可能出现的传输光纤折断导致绿激光非受控输出造成伤害的问题。利用光电检测结合的方案研究了光纤安全检测控制系统。实验证明它能及时检测到光纤是否折断的信息,从而控制治疗设备激光输出,确保了手术环境安全可靠。该安全保护系统首次在国内外同类设备中被采用,很有推广意义。
Aim at the harm emitted by unintended escape of laser caused by fiber broken during green laser for prostate, a fiber safcty test system is studied in this paper. It is certified that the fiber broken information can be detected timely, and then control the laser output, the fiber safety test system can make sure the surgery circumstance safe. It is the first time to intreduce such fiber safety system in the congener equipment, and it is worthy of extending.
