摘要
利用CO2激光器及SLC-2025D数控加工机床,采用同步送粉法在45钢基体上激光熔覆NiCrSiB合金。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、显微硬度计和M273电化学测试系统等对熔覆层进行微观组织观察和性能测试。结果表明:熔覆层组织主要由γ-(Ni,Fe)、Ni3B、CrB以及M7C3、M23C6等相组成;熔覆层与基底相交的结合区的组织为平面晶和定向生长的柱状晶;激光熔覆后硬度明显提高,是基体的3倍左右:耐蚀性能大大提高。
NiCrSiB alloy was cladded by CO2 synchrnnized powder feeding leser and SLC - 2025D numerical controlled machine tool on steel 45 substrate. The macroscopic and properties were analyzed by scanning clectrnn micmscopr, X - ray diffractnmeter, M273 electrochemical measurement system and micmhardness meter. The result indicates that the cladding layer is mainly constituted by γ - ( Ni, Fe), Ni3B, CrB, M7C3 and M23Co. It is flat crystals and orientated growth of enlunmar crystals of bonding zone. The hanlness of coating is ablaut 3 times more than substrate. The cormosion resistance of the film is greatly improved.
