摘要
从合成塔内件选型、工艺流程选择、设备配置、催化剂的装填和升温还原等方面论述了φ1500 mm氨合成装置工程设计选型和工程建设过程;总结了装置投入运行后的生产特点和经济效益;结果表明:φ1500 mm氨合成系统运行平稳,项目投资3204万元,年创收约1909万元。
Authors have discussed gbl 500 mm ammonia converter system design and the construction process of project from aspects of selecting the converter internal, selection of process flow, equipment layout, filling of catalyst and its heating/reducing ect. have summarized the production features and the economic benefit after putting into operation of the plant ; the result indicates that the operation of the Ф1 500 mm ammonia converter system is stable, the invest of the proieet is only 32.04 millions Ynan RMB, the benefit created annually is 19.09 millions Yuan RMB .
