摘要
对以C8051F021单片机作为嵌入式系统硬件电路核心的远程液位监控系统进行了研究。以Small RTOS51为嵌入式操作系统、水箱液位为被控对象,通过ZNE-100PT实现C8051F021与PC之间的远程通信,开发了一种适用于工业控制的远程液位监控系统。经实验证明,基于C8051F021的嵌入式远程液位监控系统能够提高处理器的利用效率,缩短软件开发周期,增强控制系统的稳定性、可靠性和可维护性。
The remote level monitoring system with single chip computer C8051F021 as the core of hardware circuit of embedded system is researched. The remote level monitoring system suitable for industrial control is developed with Small RTOS51 as embedded operating system, and level of water tank as the object; the remote communication between C8051 F1)32 and PC is implemented through using ZNE-IOOPT. The experi- ments indicate that the efficiency of the processor is enhanced in the system ; and the developing period of software is shortened. The stability, reliability and maintainability of the control system have been improved.
