高压诱导微型番茄株高变异的遗传稳定性

摘要 利用高压氮气处理微型番茄(red cherry)种子。在第1代(M0代)试验中,曾发现经过20MPa和30MPa高压处理后,分别出现了占样本总数3%和6%的异常高大的植株,株高为同代对照组的2倍以上,故认为高压处理种子诱导了番茄的株高变异。继上述试验之后,又持续2年进行了M1和M2代试验。在M1代试验中,分别用M0代20MPa组异常高大植株的种子和对照组种子在相同条件下播种栽培;在M2代试验中,分别采用2组M1代植株的种子,在相同的自然条件下播种栽培。结果表明,在加压组M1代中高大植株出现概率为100%,而对照组中出现概率为0,t检验结果表明,2组番茄株高在1%水平上有显著性差异;加压组M2代中高大植株概率仍为100%,与同代对照组相比,株高在1%水平上有显著性差异;加压组M1,M2代数据对比显示,在相同生长时间段,2代株高具有很好的相似性,并与M0代20MPa组中异常高大植株数据非常接近。3代试验结果表明:压力诱导的微型番茄株高变异具有相当可靠的遗传稳定性。 The seeds of mini-tomato, red cherry, were treated with high pressure nitrogen gas (20MPa or 30MPa respectively) ,then in their first generation(M0) emerged variant plants in it's height,and their average height of the variant plants was above twice higher than that of CK's (untreated with high pressure nitrogen gas). The mutant possibility was 3% in 20MPa group and 6% in 30MPa group respectively, much higher than that in natural variation. So, high pressure was considered to be the inducing factor. In order to investigate the heredity of the mutation, M1 and M2 generation experiments were carried out in the next two years. M1 generation were selected randomly from the M0 (treated with 20MPa), while M2 gernation was from Nli generation. They were sowed at the same time as the CK's . In M1 generation,all of the plants inherited the abnormally high character (that was 100%) ,while 0 in the controlled group. The t-test indicates that there were significant differences between the plant's height of the treated group and the controlled group under a=1% significant level. In the M2 generation, that was still 100% with abnormally high character in the.treated group, but 0 in the controlled group. For the treated group, it's M1 had the similar height with M2 at the same development period,and both of their heights were much similar with the mutation appeared in M0 treated with 20 MPa high pressure nitrogen gas. Therefore,the inheritance of the mutation induced by high pressure nitrogen gas was very stable.
