摘要
采用制度经济学中制度变迁、制度效率和制度绩效的相关理论,对苏州市新型农村合作医疗保险与医疗救助制度相结合的制度模式进行实证分析,并就如何进一步巩固和完善两种制度相结合的模式提出了发展策略。
The new mode combining rural cooperative medical insurance with medical assistance system in Suzhou was empirically analyzed, guided with related theories such as institutional change, institutional efficiency and institutional performance of institutional economics. And development strategy of further improving tiffs mode was put forward.
