摘要
依据热力学条件,SiO2与Al的反应在一定条件下可进行。但是,在1000℃以下SiO2与Al润湿性较差,难以反应。对Al与SiO2反应体系,分析了预处理工艺对SiO2颗粒尺寸的影响,利用DSC和XRD,分析了体系反应动力学和反应产物。研究表明,进行球磨预处理后的粉体颗粒最细小,平均粒径为1μm;SiO2颗粒越细小,越能改善润湿性,降低反应温度;当SiO2粒径小于2μm时,完全反应温度低于1000℃。
Although reaction of SiO_2 with liquid aluminum can occur at a certain condition based on thermodynamic analysis,it is difficult to make the reaction at temperature less than 1000℃ due to poor wettability between SiO_2 and liquid Al.Effects of different pretreatment methods on SiO_2 particle size were examined in Al-SiO_2 reactive system,and reactive kinetics and finished product in the system were analyzed by DSC(differential scanning calorimeter)and XRD(X-ray diffraction).The results indicate that the smallest SiO_2 size with average diameter less than 1μm can be obtained after ball milling pretreatment.Wettability of SiO_2 particle with liquid Al can be improved with decreasing in SiO_2 particle size,which can decrease reactive temperature.Finished reactive temperature of SiO_2 with liquid Al is less than 1000℃ with SiO_2 particle size less than 2μm.
