摘要
针对由变齿厚齿轮组成的少齿差啮合副沿轴向方向的径向变位系数不同、内啮合齿轮干涉和变位系数设计复杂的问题,根据重合度限制条件、齿廓干涉限制条件和齿宽限制条件,提出了一种新型通用计算方法。在设定干涉预期值的情况下,使用牛顿迭代法求出齿轮中间啮合位置的啮合角最小值,然后再确定、较核齿轮大小端的变位系数。计算结果表明,使用该方法设计的啮合副能在满足重合度限制条件和齿廓干涉限制条件情况下,取得较小啮合角。
Aiming to the modification coefficient design and calculation difficulties and complexity of few--tooth--difference planetary transmission made up of conical involute gear, whose interference possibility of the planetary gear pair and modification coefficient varied along the gear axis, a new universal method was proposed. Under the condition of expected contact ratio and tooth profile interference checking point, the minimum of angle of engagement in the middle of the gear was calculated by Newton's iterative method and the other modification coefficient of both sides of the gear can be determined. A smaller engagement angle is achieved with the calculation method under the two limited conditions of contact ratio and tooth profile interference.
