摘要
新律师法扩大了辩护律师的权利,给侦查讯问活动带来挑战,对现行侦查模式产生冲击。从侦查角度,探讨如何转变思想观念,调整工作方式,建立新型侦查模式,拓宽思路,发展创新,推动侦查讯问工作向前发展。
： The new Lawyer Law enlarges the rights of defense lawyer, which will bring about challenges to the activity both in interrogation and investigation, and have a big impact on the current investigation pattern. The paper discusses how to change the ideas, adjust the ways in work, build a new investigation pattern, broaden the thoughts and promote the development of the interrogation and investigation forward from the view of investigation.
