摘要
滑膜肉瘤是一种较少见的高度恶性的软组织肿瘤，临床表现比较特别，所以其诊断、鉴别诊断存在着较大困难。滑膜肉瘤主要依赖手术治疗，但是由于其容易复发，放化疗等综合治疗越来越重要。本文就滑膜肉瘤的病理特征、诊治进展及预后分析方面进行综述。
Synovial sarcoma is a kind of soft connective tissue tumor with highly malignant which is rare occurred among clinical cases. The clinical feature of these tumors is very special, so it is difficuh to diagnose and differential diagnosis. The operation is the main treatment of synovial sarcoma. It is so frequently relapsed that synthetic treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy are needed. This article reviews the pathological characteristics, advancement of diagnose and treatment, analysis of prognosis of synovial sarcoma.
