摘要 蛋白质组学是在后基因组时代出现的一个新的研究领域,是以细胞内全部蛋白质的存在及其活动方式为研究对象,分析细胞内动态变化的蛋白质组成成份、表达水平与修饰状态,了解蛋白质之间的相互作用与联系。用蛋白质组学方法从蛋白质整体水平上研究鼻咽癌发生与转移,寻找与鼻咽癌发生及转移相关的新蛋白质、鼻咽癌特异性的标志物,对鼻咽癌的早期诊断和治疗起重要作用。本文从鼻咽癌治疗的分子靶点以及鼻咽癌特异性分子标志物等几个方面,详细介绍了近几年来鼻咽癌蛋白质组学的研究进展。 Proteomics is a new research area of the post-genomic era. Proteomics is a science which studies existence and activity forms of all proteins inside cells, analyzes dynamic changes in protein composition, expression level and modification state and understands interactions and ties between the proteins. Studying the prognosis and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma from protein expression of the entire proteome will allow the identification of novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers as well as therapeutic targets, which could greatly improve the early detection and clinical management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Here we discuss the investigative outcome of nasopharyngeal carcinoma oncoproteomics in recent years,such as antineoplastic drug and specific tumor biomarkers.
