东方拟无枝酸菌原生质体激光诱变选育

摘要 为了选育去甲基万古霉素高产菌,以东方拟无枝酸菌07-8-32为出发菌株,制作原生质体,经氦氖激光处理后分离。经过21批次的筛选得到的突变株08-8-48效价比出发株高27.3%,且菌丝状态、传代稳定性好。 To breed the N-demethylvaneomycin high producing strain, the Amyeolatopsis orientalis 07-8-32 was adopted to make protoplast. The protoplast was mutated by He-Ne laser. Finally, the mutant 08-8-48 was screened through 21 batches, the titer of the mutant 08-8-48 was 27. 3% higher than the titer of the Amycolatopsis orientalis 07-8-32, and the genetic stabilization of the mutant 08-8-48 was fine.
