CTA在破裂脑前循环动脉瘤早期手术治疗中的应用体会

摘要 对21例前循环动脉瘤破裂致自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者进行头颅多层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)检查,在CTA指导下早期行动脉瘤夹闭术。结果21例术前CTA诊断的前循环动脉瘤与术中所见一致,CTA能很好地显示动脉瘤的大小、形态以及载瘤动脉与周边骨性结构的关系;21例动脉瘤中行单纯夹闭术20例,包裹加固术1例。认为头颅CTA是一种可靠、简单、无创的快速诊断颅内动脉瘤的方法,可提供直观的三维形态及解剖定位,有利于指导破裂动脉瘤的早期手术治疗。
