摘要
目的探讨剥夺睡眠与药物诱导睡眠脑电图对儿科发作性疾病的诊断意义。方法对98例拟诊癫痫、热性惊厥、脑瘫、屏气发作等发作性疾病患儿分别进行剥夺睡眠(52例)与药物诱导睡眠(46例)脑电图试验,比较两者异常检出率。结果剥夺睡眠出现痫性放电27例(51.9%),纺锤缺失14例,药物诱导睡眠出现痫性放电8例(17.4%),纺锤缺失36例。结论剥夺睡眠患儿脑电图的阳性率较药物诱导睡眠脑电图明显提高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of sleeping-deprived and remedy induced sleeping EEG on pediatric paroxysmal disease. Methods 52 cases of epilepsy, thermic eclampsia, encephalic paralysis or breath-holding paroxysm were treated by sleeping-deprived method. Other 46 cases of such patients slept induced by remedy. Abnormal EEG rate of the two groups were test and compared. Results 27 cases occurred epileptic discharge, 14 cases occurred spindle lost in sleeping-deprived group. While 8 cases occurred epileptic discharge, 36 cases occurred spindle lost in remedy induced sleeping group. Conclusions Abnormal EEG rate of sleeping-deprived children is significant higher than that of remedy induced sleeping children.
