Manufacturing of large aperture precision space optical window

摘要 大口径高精度空间光学窗镜的技术特点有二。其一是要有很高的波面畸变精度。受窗谱材料光学均匀性的限制,常规的平面镜制造技术已不再适用。应用以非平面的镜面修磨工艺与全口径数字干涉检验为技术基础的等光程工艺方法,已研制出波面畸变小于λ/50(RMS)的大口径空间窗镜。其二是要有特殊的光学表面质量要求。空间窗镜的工作寿命在很大程度上取决于窗镜表面的微裂纹。采用了特殊工艺对表面微裂纹进行处理。模拟试验的结果表明这些方法是有效的。 Large aperture space optical window has two features. One is its high transmitted wavefront distortion accuracy, which could not be achieved by normal planar optics production techniques owing to the restiction of the optical homogeneity of the glassy material. A equal optical path processing aperture digital interference testing is adopted for such window manufacturing. Several large aperture precision windows have been worked out with a transmitted wavefront distortion better than λ/50 (RMS). The second feature is the outstanding requirement put on its surface quality. The finite life time of a space window depends to a great extend on the crack in its surface. A unique crack processing method is applied in order to slowdown the propagation of the crack. The result of the simulation test shows that these measures are effective.
