摘要
用电导法连续测定UF4生产工艺尾气中的HF浓度。用8×1×50银管代替铂丝,克服了铂丝面积小,电导池常数不稳,测定值滞后的弊端。经改进后的电导池稳定性好,滞后时间小于5min,测定的精确度可稳定在±1%左右。
The electroconductivity method was applied to determine the concentration of HF in UF 4 induction off gas stream. Replacement of Pt wire with φ 8×1×50 silver tubes overcomes the disadventage of small surface area, non stable conductivity cell and long delay time of Pt wire electrodes. The improved conductivity cell is characterized by good stability, shorter delay time (within 5 min) and better analysis precision about ±1%.
