摘要
文章从公共危机管理中政府责任的角度,通过对公共危机管理内容及政府公信力概念及评价标准的论述,以危机管理不同阶段和政府的言、行、果为主要依据,重点分析了公共危机管理和公信力之间的相互关系。
This paper assumes the angle of government＇s responsibility in public crisis management, discusses from the contents of public crisis management, the definition and evaluation standard of government＇s public credibility, takes the different phases of crisis management and government＇s words, acts and achievements as main accordance to illustrate the mutual connection between public crisis management and public credibility.
