摘要
本文确定了从板栗壳中提取色素的溶剂,选择了测定波长,并经L9(34)正交实验确定了从板栗壳中提取色素的最佳工艺条件。
The paper deals with the solvent to extract pigment from Chinese chestnut, chooses the measurement wavelength and confirms the best pigment extraction technology based on L^9（3^4） cross experiment.
