摘要
某跨国公司对我国勘察设计行业应用软件市场的占领和垄断已有年头,严重扰乱了各企业的正常工作,他们的所作所为已引起人们的关注。如何遏止其非法运作却由于我国法律上的缺失而显得无力。2008年8月1日,"反垄断法"的正式出台并交付实施应用,给人们带来了希望。怎样应用好这个法律武器,为我国勘察设计行业各企业用户的利益维好权、把好脉,是当今我们每个设计企业用户必须面对与思考的问题。通过长期的工作实践、调研与《反垄断法》的学习谈一些看法,与同行商榷。
A multinational corporation has occupied and monopolized China＇s software market in survey and design industry for many years. It seriously disorders the normal work of the enterprises, and has caused for concerns. Limiting its illegal operation is feeble due to the lack of legal basis. The application and implementation of Anti-monopoly law on August 1 brings hopes. How to use the law as a weapon to preserve our enterprises fight is a problem that we have to face up with. The writer, through long-term practice, research and learning of the Anti-monopoly law, provides some views for discussion.
