摘要
目的探讨正常者瞳孔间距、内眦间距与上颌前牙宽度间关系。方法拍摄正常者头部数码相片,利用计算机辅助测量技术测量瞳孔间距、内眦间距、上颌六颗前牙宽度和上颌尖牙牙尖间距,然后统计分析瞳孔间距和内眦间距分别与上颌六颗前牙宽度及上颌尖牙牙尖间距之间的关系。结果按不同性别及不同牙弓型分析,瞳孔间距和内眦间距分别与上颌六颗前牙宽度及上颌尖牙牙尖间距存在显著相关性;多重相关系数分别为0.623和0.587。结论内眦间距与瞳孔间距可以作为上颌前牙选牙排牙的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the interpupillary & innercanthal distance and the width of maxillary anterior teeth of people with normal occlusion. Methods Digital pictures of the faces for some people with normal occlusion were taken. Then the interpupillary distance, innercanthal distance, the width of six maxillary anterior teeth and the distance between the tips of two maxillary canines were examined with the technique of computer-aided measurement. In the end, the relationship between the interpupillary & innercanthal distance and the width of maxillary anterior teeth was statistically analyzed. Results Regardless of gender and type of arch, the interpupillary distance & the innercanthal distance were significantly correlated with the width of six maxillary anterior teeth & the distance between the tips of maxillary canines. The multiple correlation coefficients were obtained, R1 = 0. 623, R2= 0. 587 respectively. Conclusion The interpupillary distance and the innercanthal distance can be used as reference indicators for the selection and arrangement of anterior teeth.
