摘要
采用混合盐法制备了原位自生TiB2颗粒增强Al-7Si复合材料。扫描电镜观察结果表明,制备的原位TiB2颗粒分布均匀,其最大尺寸在900 nm左右,平均尺寸在400 nm左右。TiB2颗粒对α-Al和共晶Si都具有显著的细化效果,复合材料的力学性能和干摩擦磨损性能较其基体有明显的提高。
The Al-7Si composite renforced by TiB2 particulates was in-situ fabricated by the mixture of salts. The results show that TiB2 particulates with average diameter of 400 nm and the biggest diameter of approximate a900 nm are uniformly distributed in the matrix. TiB2 particulates have a significant effect on the refinement of primary α-Al and Si eutectic. The mechanical properities and dry friction and wear resistance of the composite are better than those of matrix.
