摘要
在铝合金轮毂的压铸充型过程中,压力条件是影响压铸质量的主要因素,可以通过数值模拟与试压铸来建立压力条件。将有限元数值模拟手段与生产试验相结合,给出了压力条件建立的非线性增加过程;具体分析了熔液进入浇口初时、进入芯部与轮辐部、进入轮辋部时,在压力条件高低变化下,对流场状态与缺陷形成的影响;指出了充型阶段的一些现象与缺陷,如中心部气隙的出现与前移,芯部产生飞溅而形成气隙弥散,轮辋处产生缩松等。相应的压铸缺陷得到了验证,从而获得了轮毂型腔充型阶段压力条件的影响规律。
In the die-casting filling process of aluminum alloy hub, pressure condition is the key factor factor of affecting casting quality. In the investigation, a nonlinear process of incremental pressure condition was built by the combination of finite element simulation and trial. At the variation of pressure conditions, the effect of pressure on the flow field and defects, which appear at the stage of initial filling, center filling, spoke filling and rim filling, were analyzed thoroughly. Some phenomena and defects during the filling stage, Such as the appearance of air-gap and its forwardshift in the center, the diffusion of sputtering at wheel spoke, the distribution of shrinkage at the wheel rim et al, were simulated, and the corresponding defects were validated by die-casting test. Hence, the influence of pressure condition on filling was established.
